Project Spotlight: Sustainable EPDM Roofing in Action
This recent commercial roofing project demonstrates how high-performance roofing and sustainability can go hand in hand. More than 200,000 square feet of existing EPDM roofing was recycled, along with multiple pallets of concrete pavers, helping divert significant material from the landfill and supporting responsible construction practices.
The new roofing system features 60 mil EPDM with pre-applied taped seams, JetBond bonding adhesive, and USG Securock® Roof Board—a durable assembly designed for long-term weather resistance, installation efficiency, and dependable performance.

Meals on Wheels Lynchburg, VA
ACS was honored to support the annual Meals on Wheels on the Green event this year. Meals on Wheels provides an important service in our local Lynchburg community. ACS members in attendance at the event include Tom Brizzolara and Bryan Buckner.
Amrize Mid-Atlantic Regional Breakout
Amrize recently completed its Mid-Atlantic Regional Breakout on July 20-24 in Wilmington, NC. This event provided ongoing education to the Elevate/GenFlex Field Technical Representatives in the region. The event included four days of hands-on and classroom sessions covering a variety of subjects to enhance field tech reps' knowledge and customer service. The hands-on portion of the event was hosted by local Elevate distributor, Roofing Tools & Equipment.
