ELEVATE TWIN JET Y
Twin Jet Y is the industry’s first* FM-approved spatter pattern adhesive in canisters for board-to-board applications. This two-part, LVOC, low-rise polyurethane foam adhesive is a superior solution engineered to help our contractors work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.
Holcim Elevate reminds building owners and managers to exercise caution when addressing snow and ice accumulation on rooftops. While Elevate warranties don’t cover snow and ice removal, properly conducted removal won’t void your warranty. Key recommendations include:
Use rubber-edged shovels or soft bristle brooms, leaving a thin snow layer to protect the membrane.
Avoid mechanical equipment (e.g., snow blowers) to prevent damage.
Use calcium chloride sparingly around drainage areas, avoiding prolonged contact and rinsing thoroughly after use.
If damage occurs, repairs must be handled by licensed Elevate applicators, with necessary documentation submitted to maintain warranty compliance.
